Who we are

This website is run by Jimmy Moore, who is responsible for your personal information. Contact: Jimmymooremail@gmail.com.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, contact forms or marketing trackers, and we don’t set cookies for advertising. If you email or message Jimmy, he’ll have the details you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and information about your event.

Why we can use your details

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange or carry out a booking. Our lawful basis is taking steps towards, or carrying out, a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages and running Jimmy’s bookings.

How long we keep it

We keep booking messages for as long as they’re needed to arrange the gig and deal with any follow-up, and we keep any business records for as long as the law requires.

Who else may handle it

We use email, WhatsApp and website hosting services, some of which may process data outside the UK. We may also share details with a venue or event organiser where that’s needed for a booking.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can ask us to limit or stop using it or to give you a copy of it. Some of these rights depend on the circumstances. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

How we use it

Your details are only used to reply to you and to arrange bookings. We never sell them or share them for marketing. Email and WhatsApp messages are also handled by those services under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

To ask what we hold, or to have your details corrected or deleted, email Jimmymooremail@gmail.com. We’ll keep booking messages only as long as they’re needed, including for any records we have to keep.

Tickets and merch

Tickets and entry are handled by the venue or event organiser. Links to other sites, including Spotify, SoundCloud and WhatsApp, are covered by those sites’ own terms and privacy policies.
